The Nursing facility as well as the staff is wonderful! They have exceeded the family’s expectations, always going above and beyond to see to mother’s comfort. Of course, most people are quick to write on the negative feedback but all too often on the positive feedback is never expressed. In the interest of time and space I will not list every single time the staff has exceeded our expectation; however, I write on the most recent and profound expression of love and compassion that represents the caliber of your staff.

Don’t go here, my relative has sat in their own diaper filled with their own waste for well over 1 1/2 hours. No one answers call bell, no one answers phone, this happens multiple times.

The rehab was okay. The nurses were okay. Severely understaffed in nursing. If you ring a buzzer, people respond between 10 minutes and 30 minutes. Sometimes they don't respond. The coordinators and staff are okay with communication. They definitely didn't follow through with weekly family meetings. It is very hard to get a hold of someone by phone. Don't bother leaving voicemails, especially for therapy. They call back about 50% of the time. But using email to communicate with therapy works pretty well.When I saw the therapists at work, some of them were good (some were on the phone talking while doing therapy session, although multitasking pretty well). Some of the PT and OT people seemed to waste three or four days of therapy because they weren't using effective speech communication with patient, but once ST teamed up with them, it worked out better in our case.
