Place is fine but note that they make their money on you upon move out. Overcharge to replace carpet - the cheapest carpet available for an outrageous amount. Would’ve given a better review except for this scam.

We moved in here when it was just being built and called ParkVue home for 3 years. The amenities are great, love the salt water pool, the neighbors are fantastic and friendly, the maintenance team (especially Martin!!! HI MARTIN!!) is amazing and always super helpful and in the leasing office Eli is by far the best. Lots of wonderful memories made here and friends who we still keep in touch with. Definitely check this place out!

They do have 20% of the apartments set aside for moderate-income persons...
It depends on the apt. Call the leasing office and they can answer those questions
