This store is absolutely horrible with the worst customer service. I just dropped off two items for return to Amazon and the person working there could not have been more rude. Not only was he unfriendly, but he then tried to blame me for his failure to provide a receipt for the second item that I dropped off. I will never come here again and the community should do the same. Take the extra 5 minutes and travel to the UPS drop-off in West Orange, which is far superior.

Refused to accept an Amazon return package, became belligerent, threatened to sue me (!). It all began when I said the $2 he asked for a piece of tape to seal the box back to Amazon was excessive (I was ready to pay, had the cash in my hand). Wow. Take your business elsewhere.

Bad service they have an old man working there. He doesn’t know how to deal with returns and he is very so slow!
