Gates always open, yet you can never open gates when they’re closed, people always parking in your paid parking spot, it’s $1300 for a 1 bedroom apartment when you could just go across the street and get the same thing for $800 and I just had a baby and my dad died so I can’t break the lease to go live with and support my mom without paying $6,000 which I don’t have do to just having a baby

Pros: very beautiful complex, clean and very well maintained. People are usually nice. Amanda the leasing manager is such a sweet heart and very professional. Coming from a different state, we were skeptical about this but Amanda helped us through the entire process. We have been in the complex for 2 years now. My husband and I love living here. Cons: The neighbors right on top of our apartment play very loud music all through the night mostly on weekends, they sometimes play basketball on the balcony and it shakes our roof, when that happens my kids are unable to take their nap during the day. Some nights people play very loud music at the pool I tried calling several times to report these but my calls was ignored. I sent an email no one responded. Maintenance are usually outstanding but not this time I place a request for 5 lights replacement on Thursday, no one showed up, I called on Friday no one showed up, I walked in the same Friday because I was going out. I asked if I can get the lights so my husband will replace them whenever he is home from work. We are having visitors on Saturday and the place is too dark. The lady at the front desk responded that I should go, she will give me a call if I have to come back to get the lights. So it’s Saturday today, no one showed up and no one called me.

I haven’t read any reviews about Saphire Blake yet but she is AMAZING. So sweet and so helpful with finding us our new home. We wanted to move December 1 but decided (two different times) that we wanted to move in earlier than that. So we are moved in as of yesterday and we are thrilled to be a part of the complex. We have a 2 bed 2 bath, called a B3. They are willing to work with you to pay different things and we were fortunate enough to get our fees waived for applying as well as the deposit (based on promotions and the fact that we are college students). Definitely consider living here - it is much better than the property next to it (Park Creek). Not only is there great customer service, the gym and other amenities are open 24/7. The place is beautiful and it ALLOWS GERMAN SHEPHERDS. We searched for over 8 months to find a place that would allow my baby girl, Joli.
