WELCOME TO THE ROACH MOTEL !!! If you are considering moving here , please beware . The reviews about the roaches are extremely accurate! I see at least 5 to 10 roaches DAILY !!!! Myriads and myriads of roaches !!!! Along with my efforts of using , boric acid , roach traps , roach gels , and pesticide prays , pest control has only sprayed and done a couple of fog treatments . Nothing is working !!! I’ve asked the Manager to consider doing a heat treatment, and the answer was no . I guess the owners of the property are extremely frugal and careless. Yet , the rent is increasing ! I feel like I am buying the roaches . I don’t cook anymore because it’s like an invitation to the roaches to come out and play . It’s a real life horror movie sleeping with one eye open because of being paranoid. Save yourself from the mental anguish unless you can deal with it and desperately need a place to stay .

I just moved here and i already love it. It’s really calm and quiet and they really take care of their property. It’s beautiful and convenient to everything i need. Lori and Nicole really care for their tenants and it shows. I highly appreciate and i am so thankful for them helping me into my first place. Highly recommended. Thank you Lori and Nicole!

I had an tour appointment set and confirmation text received. I drive 30 minutes to get there only for the leasing office to be locked. I call and hear the phone ring inside but no one is there. Office hours say they’re open until 6 and my appointment was at 3:30. Very disappointed that my time was wasted. Wishing I would have been able to see an apartment but maybe this was my warning sign to stay away.

Lori and Nicole are terrific. Right after moving in the pandemic hit our pocket book hard. Husband was laid off without pay and unemployment was taking forever. I was still looking for a job. So like many other residents we fell far behind on rent. We paid what we could on rent. They have been so understanding. Lori has been insanely busy trying to get us and other tenants help during this pandemic. She reached out to us to make us aware of a new program she came across. She did ALL THE LEG WORK. Got us the applications we needed and sent them in even. Her efforts are unheard of in a world where things are so bad right now she has been a ray of light. We have had no issues with the apt. No roaches and that's in an area where there are several apt communities. That makes it 10 times harder to manage, so that speaks for itself. Things are looking better for us and hopefully we can catch up soon. I'm just so relieved we chose to move here. Anywhere else and they would have put us out already. Thank you ladies for being so awesome.
