I tried to go through the drive-up banking, but no one was there. I waited a bit, but it looked dark, so I just walked into the bank and asked. They told me that there is someone there ,but you have to wait because he is doing other things

Questions & Answers

Why don't they answer the phone or take calls. Isn't that part of someone's job? Tried for over 1hr. message tells you to hang up & try again. Reported this on 800# Also no one at branch knows when/if drive up ATM will be replaced

Drive thru ATM may be gone but there's plenty of parking to use the ATM inside

if you go they will attend you but if it is a more complicated they will give you an appointment👍👍👍👍

Can I cash my check at the same Chase branch That my Employer use or can I go to any Chase Bank, I do not have an Account with any Bank as of yet?
