I had a terrible experience with the eyelash extension service. The lady who does them is really nice but the quality of the work/materials is not worth the price/ losing natural lashes. I usually go with a different eyelash tech in Harlem but she was unable to on short notice so I came here (a friend recommended). On day 4 of having my lashes they were irritating my eye and one of my eyes wouldn’t open. I messaged her and came in, she initially put more lashes on but my eyes were still irritated so she removed the lashes and lots of my natural lash came out with them. I’ve heard horror stories of lashes coming out which is why I tried this place she came recommended and it was pricey so I figured it was good quality. However, this was the worst lash experience I’ve had.

Great salon and great ladies. I’ve noticed however that when it comes to requesting small knotless braids, they will make it slightly bigger than what you wanted. I’ve gone twice now asking for small braids and I’ve gotten smedium instead. When you argue that it’s too big they bully you into believing it’s correct. I don’t like that. The work is impeccable and fast which unfortunately makes me go back.
