I was recently gifted a Breitling watch and needed to have the band adjusted. JP was the sales person available so he helped me get the strap adjusted to my size. He was patient as we went back and forth several times to make sure it was a good fit. The resizing was free as it’s included in the ownership of a Breitling. I felt kinda bad since I took up his time when he could have been with another customer looking to buy. Overall a very pleasant experience and will definitely return when I’m in the market for a new watch.
