Worst bank. They double charged me for multiple transactions yesterday on the 27th and while I have proven that it isn’t the merchants fault, Capital one is making go through the process of contacting the merchants or disputing with capital one. I am negative by over $800 now and they won’t do anything to fix it. I’ve even written to the CEO, with no answer before and then when I complained over the phone and through social media I received an email from one of their reps threatening to close my account. Capital one is racist, cheap, and they do not care about their customers not one bit. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM

I see why people hate this company. As soon as you have an issue with a charge they do the least possible amount of work and never are on the customers side. What a mistake going with a big bank over a credit union. Awful company.

The whole company is like this. They don’t honor their card protection as advertised. Capital One is literally the worst bank you could bank with.

What is the process to file a complaint about customer service and their ccard closure policy?? Cannot get an answer through the call center.

I had the same issues. They refuse to take complaints is the real reason. I mailed them a complaint they refused to reply or address the company is engulfed with bad practice. File a complaint with FTC because this must be a violation

A check for $6,920 to the Capital One Bank from them but I don't have a account how can I cash a check

something is amiss. capital one can not send you a check made ou tto themselves. it has to be made out to you. your regular bank will take it. if not there are plenty capital one branches around.

I want to go to the top floor to take pictures.. I have no affiliation with the building or anyone inside, I just want to see the view from the top floor? Is this possible?
