I love these apartments soooooo much. I’m sad my leasing is ending but I did not have one problem living here. They are a little expensive but very manageable compared to other apartments nearby. I’ve never had a problem with the management team or maintenance workers. Everyone is very helpful and they create a relationship with their tenants. You’re so close to downtown and have a perfect view of the skyline which is my favorite part. They listen to problems the tenants have and always find solutions!! There’s also a lot of fun things to do at the apartment complex itself plus they always hose events. Definitely recommend.

Honestly don’t your waste time. From receiving a dirty apartment and not even getting keys ready for move in. Just a terrible place. Not to mention the neighbors be stomping the yard upstairs all the way till 2 or 3 am everyday. Office don’t care even if you complain to them on more then 3 occasions. Even had my neighbor walk into my apartment look me in the face and try to enter my room. Don’t fall for the pony show. Update: yeah they flat out don’t care. Talked with the assistant manager and she pretty much didn’t care. If you value sleep and don’t wanna be up until 3-4 am don’t do it. She said you can move to another unit knowing I have disabilities and can’t move. So I asked to break lease cause she can’t hold their tenants accountable “ we don’t let our tenants leave for anything , we don’t care what it is unless you pay our fee upfront “. So there’s this place in a nut shell. We’ll put up with since last September what’s another half a year. Update: still no progress was told neighbors were moving out sometime ago and that was a lie. They are still there making the same noise. Management is rude and doesn’t care about anything but getting their money it’s mainly the same assistant manager everyone is calling out as well. Apartments dirty, poop everywhere, loud neighbors since September , and trash everywhere. Do not recommend they don’t care. packages always stolen or missing. But they are quick to lock you in for another two months at a higher rate due to “lease” but won’t hold residents accountable under the “lease” of course that doesn’t fail. Or will not release you either when the “lease” states you could have a while ago. If you enjoy comfort and peace do not move here. They will be all sweet to lock you in but after that it’s a done deal.

Update April 27,2022: upon leaving and throughout the whole process of doing so, I feel that staff could’ve been immensely more communicative and helpful. I would say if you’re moving to the townhomes dealing with the staff and theft of packages and car break-ins might be worth it but for the regular apartments, I’d steer clear. Also the area is extremely sketchy so do outdoor things inside the gate of the townhomes (even though that might no help much considering how often the gate is broken). Be careful setting your trash out, there is always some kind of animal that rips into the bags and trash gets all over the place and it’s then your responsibility to clean it up. Even though there are dog parks, poop is still all over the complex. Pool is not family friendly at all, there is always a group of teens/young adults who are drunk and loud. Basically if you stay in your house and don’t need to speak to office staff often then you may like it here. Maintenance was the best. Original: Been here almost a year in the townhomes and have enjoyed it so far. Great building. Love the privacy and the neighbors are friendly as well. The river area next to the property is also a ton of fun with the trail however the surrounding area is very dangerous. Package system needed some work as packages were being stolen left and right at first but the office has done a great job correcting it and I haven’t had any issues since yet. Overall I’d recommend living here in the townhomes not the regular apartments.

I've complained multiple times about the buildings themselves not being maintained. There are stains, cobwebs, bugs, wasps (and nests) in the stairwells and hallways of the entrances. On move in day, I had to ask them to come and get the nests by my front door as they started entering my apartment when we were moving the furniture in. They came quickly but have not come by at all since. It is September and I moved in at the end of May. I have not had pest control not once even though i'm being charged for it. Parking is a huge issue! The gate does not work so anyone can park in our "reserved" parking areas. The city decided to put up No Parking signs along the street so we cannot park there anymore but they are not taking any action in fixing the parking issue. It has been brought to their attention that cars that do not have the parking sticker are parked in our parking lot and they just stated that not everyone got their stickers when the office was closed. I moved in when the office was closed and still got my sticker so I'm not sure how that could be valid. If you're home by 5pm you'll find parking but anything after 8, good luck! You'll have to park all the way down the street just to avoid getting towed. I asked about renting a garage, they stated they would check availability and get back to me and I have not heard anything after 4 days. We have to sign up for parcel packages where we have to pay to receive packages, however the packages are just thrown in the mail room. What's the point of paying if your package isn't even going to be secure? I love my apartment. The apartment itself is in great conditions, quiet and I have no complaints other than the things stated above. Maintenance comes and fixes work orders in the apartment quickly but the other things mentioned have not been addressed. I know that things won't always be perfect, things break down etc... but they seem to not be responsive to the requests of their tenants.

There is a washer and dryer in each home. We also offer on-site dry cleaning and laundry service.
