The tenants haven’t been able to utilize all the amenities. The pool hasn’t been open for at least 2 years. And they still say they waiting in this and that. I mean this summer and last has been hot and my kids haven’t even been able to go swimming cause no one is doing anything. We have to pay to go to a public pool but I’m paying rent for a place that has a pool but won’t get things in order. The gates don’t work so any riff raff can come and and steal out or car or your Catalytic converters off your car. Today I just found out my trailer was stolen. And these are problems that myself and visitor’s have to deal with. We have a new manager hopefully she can get things in order and stick around to see them through.

I have been living here for about 8 year now and they never open the pool. There office staff never answer the phone. There maintenance people are always backed up and they always get a new management. They are also very ghetto these kids out here will steal anything they can i had a dog kennel and they stole it.

Edit! After signing the lease and realizing how much it would cost me to move out of my current home, I was told I had to pay 2 months rent even though I hadn’t moved anything in and talked to them less than 72 hours after signing and was told I cannot do a payment plan. After walking the apartment I was suppose to move into and noticing a roach when it had been vacant for 3 months I’m glad I didn’t move. I absolutely adore all the ladies in the leasing office!! They were all so helpful during my application process and made sure things went smoothly! I'm so excited to call this place home for me and my babies!

When the do a credit check, background check on you- they don't seem to do it thoroughly. Some thief out there used my fathers credit fraudulently. Trying to get a hold of anyone for this so called establishment, is like finding a needle in a haystack. So now my father has an outstanding balance with this place of radiance where he has never lived here, , never stepped foot on, nor even heard of it.
