It has been a headache moving in at Brookdale. The last place I moved from was also managed by Morgan Properties and my stay there was also horrible. I figured new state and new city would make a difference but I was wrong still the same horrible management and customer service. The only person that makes it a little better being here is Torianio. I am not sure how he is not the property manager but someone needs to look into that. Once you move in all communications stop immediately and you are now your apartment number and not a person. Within the first few days I had about 8 maintenance requests submitted because it seems like no inspection of the apartment was ever done. Even though I had 8 maintenance requests they sent a person to fix only one of the request. I had to basically let him know I had a list of issues that needed to be resolve. He was nice enough to work all my requests and made sure I was all set. I moved in here knowing I was not going to renew my lease and they made sure that I stick to that promise. I have not yet explored what the community has to offer but they do have some good amenities. If you don't mind the loud music keeping you up at 1am in the morning and going again at 8am then feel free to call here your home. I have not had any experience with rats or mice and I hope I never do. The inside of the apartment is nice once you have working stuff but the inside of the building can use a good power wash.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Toriano in the leasing office. He is very pleasant and expresses much enthusiasm every time I reach out with out questions regarding my upcoming move. Thank you for the outstanding customer service.

I’ve been living in here for about almost 3 years. And with the new management Ms. Kimberly Flores, Ms. Josie and the new guy helped me out a lot. I never get the help as much as they did. All my issues they took care all the same day. I’m so glad with the new management. Completely suggest to everyone who’s looking for the place close to the elementary school, short distance to DC, to plaza Lamdmark and other places. 🙏🙏🙏

I been living in these apartments complex for almost 4 years now but I am so ready to move out. I been so disappointed lately the way they run things around here. To begin we were supposed to move out on the first day of February and they told us that the deposit we put down for the apartment wasn’t ready. I asked one of the staff if we can just get another apartment but for the same price and they told me, that they couldn’t negotiate with us. I understand it wasn’t their fault if the people didn’t move out from the apartment we applied for but they still could’ve helped us out to get another apartment but for the same price I applied for. The deposit was extremely expensive almost $350 for reservation, and another $300-800 depending on your credit. The worst part is that they couldn’t give me the apartment that is available right now just because they don’t want to lose an extra $100 which is a washer and dryer. This place is extremely expensive just for 2 bed rooms it rises up almost $2200 and is not worth it. The staff are very nice and friendly but the way management and policy is run here is very aggravating and false advertising stuff.
