I moved here February 2022 and it's been a positive experience. Tanay was very helpful with the leasing process. No issues with move-in. Front desk has been responsive the few times I've stopped by with minor issues (i.e. key fob dying). Submitted my first maintenance request this morning (HVAC issue) and someone came by to fix by lunch time. Parking deck is undergoing renovations, my floor is done and parking spot paint job looks good. Haven't had any package theft like others have reported (*knock on wood). I do make use of an Amazon Hub Locker in the Staples across the street. Gym is pretty nice.

If I could give 0stars I would! RACIST!! My friend has had to deal with MANY accusations and phone calls made by other residents to the police and complaints to the rental office which were all LIES! She has a 1year old and instead of investigating the validity of the complaint they are now scheduling an eviction. UNFAIR treatment!

Although you have to deal with DC rental prices, I highly recommend this apartment. I had only one problem with my dishwasher, and they fixed it the next day. The amenities are great and the leasing office is super helpful (shoutout to Tanay). 5/5 experience!

Only giving it two stars for the convenient location. The first year was a good living experience, but the final two years were awful. When the old property manager left everything went downhill. Between the constantly broken gates, incredibly reckless driving, unsafe parking conditions (my parking spot neighbor regularly broke glass in my spot and did nothing to clean it up), the rampant package theft, and stolen/broken into cars happening on a weekly basis, the lack of action by management was appalling. They refuse to install security cameras or take extra security measures. Neighbors constantly violate community standards and no action is taken. My apartment smelled like weed from neighbors constantly smoking. I had a years worth of documented noise complaints against my neighbor and they did nothing. They would rather you call the local police department than do anything. The cherry on top was when they removed residents abilities to post on the community board when we started voicing our concerns there because e-mail wasn’t getting anything done. You are better off living elsewhere to avoid the hassle.
