If I could give 0 starts I would. The staff is not attentive at responding to calls or emails at all! I tried to move here and was declined without contact. Attitudes are big here as 4 days after calling and leaving voicemails, someone finally picked up saying “so what do you want me to do?”. We have also not received our “holding fee” back of $500 and it’s been a month and have to get a legal team involved. I’ve never had this issue with any apartments ever and have always received my refund electronically within 2 days. Told me their wifi was down and couldn’t give me a date on when I would receive my money yet had google chrome open on their computers. I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone.

Most ridiculous apartment complex I have ever lived in! I wouldn’t even recommend this community to my worst enemy. I’m paying so much money to live in trash they got me trapped for a year. Office manager is super rude not helpful at all big attitude issues. They need to fire her.

My lease ended and decided to transfer to 2 bed rooms apartment before transferring they did inspection and told me one of the window blind is broken and my 3 years old daughter did a small drowning on kitchen wall So I spoke with the manager and she said if you want to get it fixed we should be ok so I decided to fix the blind and clean up the wall they did another inspection after the repairs everything looked good! Manager said ok we are good to go. Few days later manager quit the job or transferred . Next think you know in my first month rent at new place I was being charged $300 for my previous apartment. I took the pictures of before and after of the repair. I went in office and explain everything then manager requested me to send the pictures so I did. They are still charging me for that even I showed the proof. Crazy part is they did not even know what this charge was for there are no notes no info what so ever manager told me there’s no notes I don’t even know where this charge came from all I know is it’s from your previous apartment.
