Just moved in yesterday and so far so good! Yalem is really good at customer service and extremely helpful. As a tenant she made the move in process easy The location is in a fairly decent area. active of kids during the evening but pretty quiet at night. It's also walking distance from stores so if you don't have a car or just like walking it is a huge convenience. my first night was quiet and my neighbors seem peaceful with an exception of kids that yelled in the hall earlier that day. All-in-all if you've lived in DMV area for awhile, this particular apartment is good for a first apartment owner or someone getting on their feet. It's in a decent location, the price fits the location (so not too bad for the conveniences and more spacious then most apartments within the area for the price), and it's quiet for the most part.

Recently moved in, process was very easy, everyone was nice from the counter to the desks with leasing agent Yalem! Nice rooftop gym with great view, classy lobby, and spacious apartment with good sunlight! However my package left in front of my door was stolen, and no way to track it down since no cameras, so feels a little sad.
