I have lived here for two years and I have enjoyed the time here. I do think there is some great value considering the location and the apartments around. Being so close to a metro line is also a big plus. Some negatives though are that rent will increase every new contract you sign/re-lease so there is no benefit for continual renewals on lease agreement because eventually the price will exceed others being listed in the area. I wouldn’t really consider this place for more than a year or two otherwise you are losing value. There can be some problems with management as they don’t give you the benefit of the doubt. Overall a great place to live for people new in the area!

We toured this community with out an appointment, Lidia was really nice since the moment we meet her in the leasing office. She showed us everything this community offers I think the pricing was great for the location where the community is located. You can walk to grocery stores, movies,Cvs and the metro! Great community!

I'm so glad that I read through the reviews that are posted here. I literally went on an in person tour of Carlyle Place yesterday on 5-19-22 10:00 AM. After reading these reviews I will definitely not be moving there. As my Mother & Grandmother use to say: "Everybody Can't Be Wrong.
