Effective April 18, 2022 we will no longer have breed restrictions on dogs.
Yes we do! Our apartments are pet-friendly to both dogs and cats with certain breed restrictions on dogs. We do have a limit of 2 pets per apartment. A one-time pet fee of $500 is charged up front, and we have a monthly pet fee of $50 per pet.
