I have been a resident at The Encore for 5 months now and so far I have had a great experience. Our unit is modern and spacious for a very reasonable rent in this area. Maintenance completes requests in a timely manner and the problems are addressed correctly and neatly with respect to our place. Any time we have raised a concern the issue has been addressed in a timely manner. The office staff and management are friendly and helpful and really care about the residents. Before we moved in to The Encore we were told the community was recently under new management and I can say that they have done a great job. New additions to the community like air fresheners in the main area of each building and another dog bag stand in the dog park have been great. Before moving to The Encore I have lived in 2 other places in the DMV area and I can say this is my best experience yet.

Terry was so amazing at move in, very knowledgeable and warming. I picked this community because of its location and amenities. I love these apartments, I recommend to everyone. My maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and I always receive a follow up call from the office after maintenance requests are completed. Love, love, love it here!

Terry did an amazing job helping me and my roommate adjust to our place and area. He gave us edible arrangements as well! Club house is amazing and our place is alright! However management team are hard to work and communicate with. We had lack of communication between fees for club house and events. We tried doing payment plans for it but somehow the portal isn't allowing it so late fees keep adding up. This complex is money hungry and overpriced for the quality of their units.

DO NOT live here. Resident support is almost nonexistent. After moving out, I received my security deposit two months late and only after contacting the office multiple times. I left the apartment in excellent condition and even paid to have professional carpet cleaning. If you want customer service, it does not exist in this community. Calling the phone number to the office will bring you to a call center. The representatives at the call center do not look up your account and they rarely are able to answer questions. They only send a note to the on-site reps, who take 1-2 full days to return a call. When I moved in, the apartment was dirty and maintenance was unreliable.
