Shastine and her team at Beacon Hill Apartments have been nothing short of amazing during my time at Beacon Hill. I've lived here about 7 months now, and my unit has been well cared for by maint staff, trash pickup happens often and promptly and the neighborhood is well taken care of as well.

That guy is the most rude person I have ever seen on customer service position. He is mentally sick. I grantee if management send him to a mental clinic, they would recommend that he should not serve for customer service role at all.
I have lived for 8 years and found that they have been most helpful and have been pleasant whenever I needed them. true we have had heating problems but the furnaces are old. old section was built in the 60s and newer section on the 70s.
I live at Beacon Hill and have since 2012 I have never had a problem with maintenance. They are prompt kind and get the work done in a timely fashion. So an exercise room is ok.
