Be prepared for your time to be wasted. Specifically asked if they had income restrictions and they do!!! But failed to inform me prior to my 2+hr trip here. Afterwards they informed me that my income is 3k under what I need to make. After informing them that my pay is tax free they said more or less this doesn't matter and I need to just have more money available in a savings or something. I have no savings account, so I don't qualify, even though I bring home 10k more than someone who "qualifies" for the place. Veterans do not waste your time here it is not friendly for us. Update: 2/22/2022 They replied trying to say oh you didn't qualify, that's why and we have qualifications....yea that was not the issue. Just more proof of the incompetence at this shady place, they can't even comprehend that they are the ones who ran a scheme for $40. Refusing to answer if they have qualifications and only informing me once I paid the application fee....that's a scam. The fact that they have these preloaded responses that don't actually pertain to the issues being complained about is just icing on the cake. Also of note was the homeless man camped out on the lawn right in front of a bldg. The leasing agent apologized for not telling me something I asked multiple times, then proceeds to try and explain they don't make the rules due to not having a structure that accounts for non-taxable income, and all this only after the application fee was paid. So the policy there is to not ask any questions, and if the customer asks something that may disqualify we ignore them, have to make that $40! Well jokes on you guys. Thanks to the horrible treatment and con you are running I was able to find a better place, without homeless people living on the property, and guess what!? They verified my income prior to application! Imagine that!.

Meadow woods is not perfect. But as far as necessities go like shelter, water, heat etc...Meadow Woods never failed. I'm a full time student and a full time employee. I've been a resident here since October of 2020. Life happened when my AC ran out of freon in the summer time. I called up the office someone was at my door in minutes. Another time I left my key at work, they got me into my apartment with no problems and no extra fees. This team is professional and if it's your first time looking for a place to live this is an excellent place to start. It is affordable and everything is close by. People mind there business and the staff does a decent job keeping the neighborhood clean and free of debris. My family and I are grateful for finding Meadow Woods when we did. Thank you guys

Lived there for 3 years. Had nothing but issues with my downstairs neighbor. Police were called numerous times for the noise, management did nothing to end the noise. Numbers neighbors complained and nothing. Even had mice and roaches in my apartment because they left their trash out side for days . Washing machines were always down or residents kept Laundry in them
