If I could give 0 stars, I would. Me and my fiancé are apartment shopping and we came across this community. We thought the price and size was right. I made an appointment to tour the community and the information that was emailed to me stated that the tour was "self guided". When we got to the property, I scanned the QR as directed by the huge sign in the lobby and Arnold came out to chat with us. He stated that someone by the name of Dylan should've reached out to explain everything and that he would be the point of contact for the tour THROUGH TEXT. I told him that no one reached out prior, I just received a confirmation text. He was at a loss for words afterwards. We viewed the apartment they had available and returned to the lobby. I sent a text to Dylan stating that we were finished with the tour. I didn't receive a response. After about 5 minutes, Arnold comes from his office and says that we were free to go and that Dylan would follow up to discuss details. I waited to leave this review to see if Dylan would follow-up, but he didn't. I don't know if this new process is because of COVID, but it is horrible. There was no warm welcome. Arnold didn't have any information to give. Apparently Dylan is in Colorado which isn't convenient at all. Bad experience overall and this community just lost a possible tenant.

Sullivan place was nice when I first moved here in May 2020 but since then it has gotten worse. I have had packages broken into and/or stolen, you’ll notice when you walk into the mail room it’s like a jungle gym having to walk over packages and mail since they are not longer put into the lockers that we pay for. I live in the main building and the elevator literally right next to my apartment has been broken almost a year. Today maintenance was suppose to install some type of device on the wall in the living room. The building sent mail to everyone regarding this, but failed to mention for what or why they were doing it. Anyway today when I came home my door was left wide open and nothing was installed. Needless to say my lease is ending in May, I will be officially moving out in April. Definitely not renewing or recommending this place to anyone I care about or love.

My apartment itself is really nice. Minimal noise from neighbors and location is good. However, the door/gate from the garage is broken (lock is broken and glass on door is broken), the garage is too dark, packages are opened/stolen and …Hello Rianne, Thank you for letting us know about your experience. The only way we improve is by listening to resident feedback. We will discuss with the team and look for ways to improve. I have notified the community about the garage door. As far as the package lockers go, we rely on the package delivery companies to deliver the packages in the correct spot. Our team does not sort the packages. If a package is stolen we recommend contacting the shipper and the police for assistance. It's our goal for all residents to enjoy our community.
