I have been living here since January and first off I am impressed that both Vanessa and Samantha are very professional and every time I see them they address me by my name. Both were very helpful in my move in and with any questions or issues I have had ( no real issues). Like others I was skeptical about moving in due to reviews but I have had no issues with anything thus far. The grounds are well maintained and the cleaners keep the common area and stairwells clean. At times due to people just being people the dumpster area gets messy but it is constantly being cleaned and maintained. Knock on wood my experience has been positive with the whole team and would not hesitate recommending the Alante. Only grievance I would have is beyond their control would be parking.

Worst place I’ve ever lived at. I’m an extraordinarily clean person, and there were still roaches. I always made sure there were not dirty dishes in the kitchen and I took out the trash every night, sprayed bug spray once a week, and had their exterminator come out…still had roaches. They will also kill you with fees. I left the apartment in better shape than I received it (I repainted and fixed bad spots in the Sheetrock left by previous renters) and they are still billing me more than $500 for having to clean and paint the apartment despite me spending an entire week doing so before I left. The entire time I lived there I could hear mice running around in the walls. When it rained it would leak in through the windows and stain the surrounding area a dark gross rust color and would splash onto my bed. There was a shooting outside in the adjacent parking lot the week I left. I never felt safe at night. The walls were so thin that I would wake up at night thinking someone broke into my apartment, because you could clearly hear conversions in other apartments. Don’t let the new “renovated” look fool you like it did me. These apartments are a mess. If I could rate lower I would.

I have been living here since June of 2021, Vanessa and Samantha are amazing! They made my move in so smooth. I don’t have any complaints when it comes to management or the upkeep of the grounds. The apartments are all freshly remodeled, I moved into a brand new one and it’s been great. No rodent issues at all. The management company has come and done preventive pest control measurements. The pool area, gym and lock boxes are always kept clean.

I recently moved in and all I can say is that it has been such a smooth experience. Vanesa and Samantha were very helpful throughout the the whole process answering every question I had. On move in day I was excited and a bit nervous as this is my first place on my own and these ladies made me feel at ease.I'm not disappointed with my choice at all! My apartment has everything I was looking for and more! Thanks so much ladies!!
