The whole county is a joke. It seems that no laws are enforced here unless the police do not like you. I watch crime after crime happen everyday with no response or action.

Your county, where ever that is, has only one sheriff. There may be under sheriffs and there will probably be deputies. I don't know how you would go about finding any sort of list.
Its probably best if you call the sheriffs office non-emergency line or 911 if it is a emergency.
Bend over and grab your ankles because you're about to get screwed with the ridiculously high cost to tow and "secure" your car. After those scumbags steal anything of value from your car and then blame you for it, they're gonna give you a bill for anywhere between $300-500. And that's for just a day or two.
