To really see everything, plan on a few hours. I would go back again next time I'm in town.

It has interesting displays of history of banking, timber and sawmills, ranching, railroading, Les Schwab tires and Native Americans. It also has a great selection of books for sale on historical and regional history.

This is a really nice museum that has quite a variety of historical artifacts so that anyone will find items of interest. I really liked the mouse trap history display. The gift shop has lots of books on the history of the region and state. To really see everything, plan on a few hours. I would go back again next time I'm in town. See photo - "In today's timber industry. nothing is wasted Logs are cut into various sizes of lumber to make the best use of each one. Every part of the log is used, even bark and sawdust."

A fascinating tableau of the area's history. I have been meaning to go there for years to look at the baseball display.
