The automated system is pretty junk like all but it took 30 minutes to wait to get the call answered and just hung up. Pretty annoying

been on the phone for 38 minutes holding for dmv. so i drove down there and only one person in the office and 2 peeps talking?
they don't work efficiently. this is too long of a wait to get someone on the phone
