I called today to schedule an appointment for my grandma for a mammogram. The call person answer the phone was rude and acted like a robot. I had to repeat my questions. Wasn't helpful at all. He didn’t have no sympathy. No sure why people who work in health care act this way or get hired. I will be taking my grandma elsewhere.
