There is no setup appointment or filing application in office. To file application u have to do it online or mail in a application. Appointments are set by main office to come in for fingerprint, interview, etc but as stated above u can do. Things have changed big time since the pandemic

Road side parking with meter that only accepts quarters. It is 10min per quarter. Make sure to bring 2hrs worth so u are safe.

Only the weather can answer that, but I do know that if it's a State of Emergency the office is not allowed to open.

Just following reschedule instructions on bottom of the letter, even of you have already missed the appointment a new date (and letter) will be assigned to you. Make a copy to keep like it says because it's your proof that you were scheduled in the first place in case it's ever questioned.

I called the main office and as of 1 minute ago there is no report in the system of the office being closed today

In the letter you received with the appointment, it says that if the office is closed due to the weather, they will reschedule your appointment and send you another letter with the appointment information. This information is located almost at the end of the page with the bar code. Good luck with your process.
