How can you talk with a human if your trying to open a account. I have called over 50 phone numbers in the last 4 hours and still can't get a human on the phone. Is it worth opening an account with this much hassle?

I've been with chase for 20 years and have had no problems except to talk to someone on the phone. If your opening an account. You should go into one personally. I asked them and they the same things as everyone else " short handed. I love my bank.

You have to physically go in and ask unfortunately. But I've been told more than once that the banks have them you just have to specifically ask for them. Have a wonderful day!
