Update : After fully moving in and getting settled I absolutely love this place. Staff and concierge are amazing and don't make you feel like you're a burden to them. Always helpful. Quiet, Clean and definitely feels like home. All positive vibes and experiences from my end and very happy with my decision to move here. The application process. Communication and effort the staff took to get me through the application process and finding the perfect apartment for me was above board.Kelsey, Kevin and Chris have been professional , very helpful and went out of their way to assist me. The pictures however great, don't serve the place justice well, I was very pleased after a walk thru and couldn't be happier. It's clear that people will find anything and everything to complain about however, I've had nothing but positive experiences thus far.

My experience as a new resident has been great! The amenities are amazing and the location is exactly what I was looking for. Kelsey from the leasing office made my move in process seamless and pleasant given my quick timeline - she, along with the other leasing staff, have been lovely. Any issues or problems that other reviews mentioned were handled appropriately and promptly, which is commendable when anything unexpected (inevitably) happens. I am truly enjoying living in this community and everything it has to offer!

There have been several dog attacks in the building recently and nothing is done. I’m not even a resident and, unfortunately, I’ve witnessed the menacing behavior and aggressive animals on several occasions. Let me be clear, I love dogs. However, residents and guests should not be made to feel unsafe in the facility. If a person attacked another person they’d be removed. It’s highly unclear why irresponsible dog owners are allowed to continue to endanger residents and their pets — highly concerning. They sent a generic email, but lets be real. Remove individuals who are problems. Thank you.

Recently moved here from Lynbrook at Mark Center where the leasing office is extremely predatory and the apartments are roach infested and filthy. This apartment has been amazing. The amenities are great, the leasing office and staff are all super friendly and helpful, and the apartments are clean and modern. Couldn’t be happier!!
