Been there twice recently and couldn't get my order completed. Once power failure had pc's down and couldn't process mobile order, another time coffee machine broke, another time the ice cream machine was broke and they give you BS when you try to show the you have the order on your phone!

This is a disgusting excuse of an establishment. Waited in line on 9/29 for an HOUR . Only waited for an hour because I was stuck in line and couldn’t get out. I understand that there’s a possibility that this place is short staffed as are other establishments, but that’s no excuse. As a restaurant worker myself, there are ways to accommodate customers in situations as these. Letting the customers know that they are short staffed (assuming that’s the reason, because I couldn’t get an answer out of anyone as to why) and that it may be awhile, allowing the customer to decide for themselves as to wait or not, would be a start. How is this a fast food establishment, when they were completing one order every 15-20 minutes? Makes no sense, and of course the manager Colleen didn’t care, so why should her employees? I will be posting this to every social media outlet. This was not the first time, but it will be the last time I spend my money here, and I encourage all to do the same.
