Forest Creek Family Apartments in Montrose MI is a complete nightmare. The owner of the place never wants to fix anything. The roof is leaking above one of the upstairs apartments - they refuse to get it fixed. Several apartments there is a major problem with the wiring (which is a MAJOR fire hazard). There is mildew and mold all around the outside of the buildings (which is a MAJOR health risk). Yet the owner refuses to spend the money to get these things fixed. You have been warned - don't even consider moving here.

Well maintained maintenance man dose over and above what he needs to very caring. Apartments are laid out nice and open with lots of storage . The apartments are nestled in tree's and is very quiet here.
