Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Professional office staff and maintenance techs are friendly. Well kept property and affordable rent. Would recommend for small families or single people needing a place to call home.

Your best bet is to go somewhere else, this place too expensive 490 is lowest on first floor. 200 down payment pay water as well which 80 a month
