May I just say a HUGE thank you to Hailey, Kalyssa, Keesha and Kaleb for the wonderful service and attentiveness with all of my needs over the time I have stayed here at Summit On the Lake Apartments. After moving in, I have been shown nothing but kindness from all residents I have encountered while walking around the property. My experience here has been a 10/10 so far. Love the apartment and the staff.

I've lived here for two years. I decided to live at this location for two reasons. When I was deciding on which apartment complex to give my money to. The first reason no bugs. The second reason was safety. The management team is easy to work with and are always kind. Hailey has always been awesome to work with. She was the reason I choose to renew my lease the second year. Every morning the grounds and dumpster area is cleaned of litter. The grass area is always mowed an trimmed. Leaves are always blown out of the parking lot. I highly recommend Hailey and her team. The complex is well maintained, safe, and clean.

This property is amazing, the manager on property is very helpful and makes sure her residents are well taken care of. The property is quiet and I feel at peace when I get home from work every day. Thank you very much summit on the lake

Kalyssa was the best when she knew I was struggling to find somewhere to stay in ft worth she didn’t give up on me helped me as much as she could to find me Something less than a week!! Even tho I got kind of ugly she didn’t stop she kept it professional and still helped as much as she could to find me an apartment! My first time Living in Fort Worth they made it super easy
