DO NOT BUY HERE. Products are substandard, made with the worst quality and most likely bought for pennies on the dollar. My wife and I bought a COLT Snug Tugger to try and it broke. The “stretchy” enhancer was barely stretchy and it broke while trying to put it on. Their receipt conveniently says “no returns or exchanges” , I know why. I am taking my business to a place that stands by their products. I recommend you do the same.

I went into THIS LOCATION for the first time and was immediately profiled before I could catch my breath, I was being glared at the entire time. I simply was looking for fishnets as it is Halloween, and as I was standing looking, I was told not to open any boxes… these were pre-packaged boxes, basically like telling someone not to open a 3 pack of underwear and try them on.. really. I then start conversing with my friend to see if we should go elsewhere, and the woman interrupts OUR conversation (no we were not being loud) and I instantly confront the woman and her response was that we were “walking around sketchy”, when if you’ve been in this store you would know that is it literally right next to the counter. Terrible customer service. High profiling. Would not recommend.

I purchased two items at the Northboro store three weeks ago with the intention of using them on valentine's day. When I opened both packages today both were defective. I went back to the store and spoke to the manager, didn't catch her name (short pink hair and glasses), showed her the defects and asked for and exchange or a credit (less than $50.00). Not only did she refuse to take the defective merchandise back she was actually hostile and rude about it. I further explained that I was a regular customer and ever suggested that she recognizes me...it made no difference..."all sales are final"...even for defective merchandise. I spend hundreds of dollars a year at that particular store and I have been going there for several years. This manager was very short sighted. I will never shop at that store again. Excellent customer service is a requirement.
