UPDATE JULY 2022: If you regularly have packages delivered, steer clear of this property and any other Greystar communities as you’re REQUIRED to PAY for and USE this absolutely horrendous “Fetch” package service for all your non-Postal mail deliveries. I’ve now had several packages “lost” by this “let’s insert a third party into every delivery” service that adds more time to the delivery and introduces another party to potentially mishandle or lose the package. Since I can’t do anything other than pay for my own PO BOX or have things shipped directly to UPS or FedEx (as the community refuses to allow them to deliver directly) we’ll likely be leaving after our second year lease is up here. Be sure to check out the Google Reviews for “Fetch Package” in Richland Hills, TX (which is the facility this community uses) and you’ll see the horror stories—Fetch even has a “F” rating with the BBB. If package deliveries are important to you, look for a community that offers an on-site package locker service such as Luxer One or Parcel Pending, which allows the couriers to deliver directly to the property into a secure locker. If you do end up here and have something “lost” by Fetch, they’ll push you to file a claim directly with the retailer—which is a clever way to make the retailer eat the cost for the loss. Now, do that a couple of times with the same retailer and you can expect them to stop allowing you to order from them in the future.

Atlas Waterside is a great place to live. I’ve lived at several apartments in the past 7 years and this place is the best apartment I have ever lived at. My decision was based on the location, the amenities, the lil mini yard, and the way the staff treated me. I feel safe here and I have never had any problems. I also want to say thank you to Andrea the manager. She has been so kind and accommodating. You don’t find managers like Her!! When I call the office and need anything she is so quick to respond and she takes care of any work orders I have immediately. I enjoy living here so much that I actually renewed my lease for another year.

Atlas waterside gray community everything is around you or you need to go the staff are excellent people Jonathan Andrea and and Valerie are great people that work here will take care of you with the leases when it comes the maintenance everything is great I would recommend this place to anybody that wants to move into this apartment on the good side of Fort Worth Texas really close to downtown also their shops foods and several other places and go to around the community also a ride by the trinity river trail

Apartment and location and amenities are great. Staff is friendly. However when vehicle break ins have been an issue and no extra security is added, especially for the price of rent we are very disappointed. Not only did we have BOTH our vehicles broken into in less than a week then today my husband comes home to find some of our packages stolen!! How do we know they were stolen, because they were ripped open and boxes scattered in the hall content missing. Paying way to much to not have better security. With the repeated intrusions and violations of our personal space and property, feeling safe here is becoming really questionable.
