Placed an order. An hour later I called to find out the status and the manager on duty, Jennifer says it can be another 2 1/2 or 3 hrs before the pizza will be delivered because there are only 2 drivers. It would've been great if the estimated time was on the site before Iwe place the ordered. So disappointing.

Ordered at 9:45 at night. Kept checking order, tried calling multiple times, finally took an Uber at 11:30 pm to check on it. Got the response that they tried to call / text. No missed anything on my end. Said he would deliver. Now I'm waiting to see if it happens. Ridiculous! Had to spend $10 as I'm from out of town to get a ride over to get my pizza made. Kids are starving and we have a early flight to catch!

1 hour and 10 minutes from order to delivery for 1 small pizza. Called the store and all they said was “one delivery driver today”. You need to make customers aware of extended delivery times when they order if you are under staffed. My lunch break was over when it arrived. One cold day old pizza for lunch tomorrow for $24 bucks.

The pizza I ordered from this Domino's was objectively the worst pizza that I have ever had the misfortune of paying money for. I'm not quick to complain about food. In fact, when I ordered from Domino's, I thought I knew what I was getting into because you get what you pay for. In this case, I didn't even get that. I don't often order buffalo chicken pizza. This is because my family hates the taste of Buffalo sauce. I thought I'd treat myself tonight and order a Buffalo pie all to myself and save the excess for lunch throughout the week. The pie that I received was not a treat; it was not even close to what would be considered pizza. This pie had no sauce...and I don't mean it was light on sauce...no, it had none sauce. I know because I dissected a slice; attached is a photo. My call to action is simple: avoid this place like your life depends on it. You'd literally be better off by just making a pizza from scratch. I've had acceptable food from other Domino's locations, but this experience might be enough to keep me away for good.
