Ordered online for delivery and the app still says it’s being delivered but when we finally got through on the phone they said very rudely they cancel all orders after 9:30… we ordered at 9:48. It would have been great had someone let us know. We had a long day of travel and we’re in a hotel and waited forever only to not get food and now too late to order elsewhere.

Never received my delivery order. Received phone call saying no delivery drivers were available. Was Given the option of picking up the pizza myself. No thanks

I placed a delivery order around 10:30 pm. They updated my order to “making it”, and closed the store. I never received a refund or my food. They didn’t call me to pick it up or anything. I’ll probably never eat from a Pizza Hut again.

*DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY* i ordered my pizza delivery and it came a half an hour late and cold. They're using door dash and the pizzas seem like they're being made immediately and then sitting until the driver picks it up, no matter how long that takes. if you call to tell them about it you'll be on their phone recording for 20 minutes. I guess hot pizza delivered is a thing of the past.
