I wish i could give negative stars! Don’t waste your time or money here. In CLT for 1 night due to airline plane malfunction on my flight home. After traveling all day, finally settling into a hotel at 9pm and ordered 1 pizza with 2 orders of wings at 9:30pm foe delivery. 10:25 comes (1/2hr after my expected delivery time per the app) and I receive a text from Door Dash the order would be delivered in about 30min. That’s 1 1/2 hours after my original order time. When i called the store, I was met by a very rude “manager” who wouldnt give me her name and said they were only doing carry outs. When asked why I wasn’t contacted when they first received my order to inform me of this or a delay, she said “i dont know but the driver will be there with your order.” I told her that i felt the customer service was extremely poor especially when they were still accepting delivery orders and the app didn’t indicate otherwise and i didn’t feel like i should have to pay for cold pizza finally delivered at 11pm.. she stated she’ll refund my card and hung up on me! Also, as if the customer service wasn’t bad enough, the food was disgusting. Everything was either not cooked well or so salty you couldn’t even eat it. Pizza Hut, this looks like a trending issue with this store; please look into it so loyal customers do not continue to experience such awful food and treatment!

I haven't eaten at Pizza Hut in years but it was close to my job. TA was very cool I ordered something they don't make anymore( Bbq chicken pizza) & she made it. She have a very sweet spirit which I really appreciated & bc of her I will go back.

Staying the night by the airport so we ordered online at 645 and the system said the pizza would be delivered by 8, then 815. We called them at 845 and was notified that they didn't have anyone to deliver it. We were advised to call back at 915 if we didn't get the pizza to get a refund. We called back and didn't get ahold of anyone until 940. Finally, we were able to talk to someone to cancel our order. So hungry now......would stay away from this place at all cost!!!!!

Ordered from this location at 9:04, knew it was about an hour before they closed so I tipped $5 despite only being 1.4 miles away. Figured it would get there quick since it’s a Tuesday night, usually Tuesdays aren’t too busy in the pizza world unless something out of the ordinary happens. 9:11 pm, I get a text that my order is on its way. Fantastic. My order never comes. I begin to call the store, nobody answers. I press buttons until a call center answers. The call center transfers me to a location in Missouri. I try calling again, my fiancé tries calling. No answer, just holding I drive up and the store is obviously very closed. It’s 10:36 pm, I’m pregnant and cranky in the drive thru at Wendy’s when I never wanted to leave my house tonight. On top of this, filing a dispute with my credit card company since not a soul seems to exist at this Pizza Hut. I worked in the pizza industry for 3 years. I have compassion towards it when things get busy, but this is ridiculous and you all should be ashamed of yourselves for this happening.
