Worse experience ever, placed an order at 9pm it is now 11pm. Called around 10:15pm and was told another 30 minutes then called again at 11:15 to be spoken to with an attitude. Crazy thing is that I'm the paying customer, my boyfriend then got on the phone because I could not deal with her attitude. She then lied and said that order had been completed oh no there was a mix up about carry out and delivery. Really should treat customers better. Will not be ordering again.

Tried to order pizzas for our baseball team last night. I have absolutely never dealt with more unprofessional people that had absolutely no clue what was going on. I placed the first order just fine. Then I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes waiting for this idiot to pick up and tell me if everything was OK. We called back 3 times and no one answered. The male that finally answered the phone hung up on us while we were trying to find out what was going. Horrible horrible experience!

Marshall had outstanding customer service. I was having trouble placing an order online and he was quick to assist me and help me with all of my needs. We need a lot more Marshall’s out there in the world because customer service has gone downhill! He had given me hope that there are still some good, hardworking caring people out there.

I had driver drop my food off and write this on my box. If I had tip money I would have tip lil boy, but I didn't.so he wrote this. I feel he does this before and getting away with it.
