I absolutely love Mariposa and have been here a number of times. I love going with different friend groups because I find something new I love every time that I go! Their street corn fritters and paella are amazingggg, but you honestly can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. I love the ambiance of the restaurant and it has a beautiful view. A perfect place for a date night or a girls’ night out, and their brunch is fabulous, too.

Lovely experience at Mariposa today, the ambience, view, and food were great! Colleen our waitress was efficient, pleasant and very accommodating. The food was delicious; we had a smothered chick biscuit, the best I’ve had at a restaurant. The biscuit and chicken had a slight crunch yet moist and the sauce was light and tasteful. When I come to uptown Charlotte I’ll say, let’s go to Mariposa! I’m the young clerk in the Mint gift shop downstairs steered us to try out Mariposa. Don’t take my word for, check it out!

My wife and I went a few weeks ago for the first time and we were very impressed with the food, exceptional service and beautiful ambiance!! Carolyn was our server. She was knowledgeable of the menu and timed our food perfectly. The staff is amazing. They all seemed happy and worked together as a team. The manager came over and made sure we were enjoying our food and cocktails. I would highly recommend this cool vibed spot!!!

Personally, Mariposa wasn't my most remarkable dinner here in Charlotte, NC. This establishment makes for a nice date night out with a light dinner. The pricing was reasonable for "fine" dining and the location itself makes for a nice view of the city. The staff was well mannered, respectful and at alert on their guest needs. It's worth a visit but I won't be returning.

E.V. Day's work of art "Transporter" was originally a silver sequined dress created by designer Stephen Sprouse for his “Mars” collection in 1999. Sprouse donated the dress to the artist who then turned it into a reflective pillar of light suspended between two mirrored disks.
Yes it is. I took my family there a couple weeks ago at no charge

Only on Wednesday is the museum free to the public. Randolph rd location as well
Across the street..you will see a lot, but you must pay around $10
Parking on seventh street station is free around the parking so that is why we choose that when just fine. However, there a good parking around a circle.
