Ordered at 7:58pm. Two pizzas, nothing fancy. Called the store after it sat in prep for an hour. Got Noah who told me I need to learn how to be patient, despite the order estimate being 40-50 minutes. He said the order would be out for delivery in 15 minutes. I called back at 9:30pm, not sure if I got Noah again as he didn't identify himself. I told him I'd like to cancel my order. He said "Awesome, I wish more people would just cancel so we don't have to deal with them calling all night. Expect your money back in a few business days." Trash place, trash management, trash staff. You don't expect much with a dominos, but that was wild.

The quality went down below par. There was barely enough Alfredo sauce on my Chicken pizza and it was soggy too. It didn't had any flavor in it thankfully the garlic sauce helped a little bit. I always used to like Dominos but I might reconsider giving it a shot again.

Pizza was cold, and had virtually no sauce. I'm okay with the long delivery time, as I know staff is probably short. At least make the pizza edible. The location you are talking about is being managed the best way they can. I think with the OMICRON and COVID-19 DELTA pandemic problems, I think they are short of help. I pick my food up with no problems. I think the problem with deliveries will be short lived and will be resolved.
