Just moved to the area and ordered delivery from Prosperity Road PHut. The thin and crispy crust pizza arrived hot and the crust was crispy like it was right from the oven. Toppings were all tasty and good portions. The dry rub wings were hot, crispy and well seasoned. I ordered online so my only contact was the hand off from the driver - nice guy.

This Pizza Hut’s quality control is horrible. I can live with delayed or late deliver, it happens… but pizza arriving cold and of poor quality is not acceptable. What’s up with this pizza? 1 piece has maybe one bite of sauce and 1 sliver of cheese, no toppings? it’s as if they were running short of ingredients and splattered a small oval in the middle to make it look like a pizza. No dipping sauce for the wings (again), delivery was 20 mins late (again). This will be my last order from this store.

Ordered delivery online at 6pm. Before placing the order it quoted a delivery time of 50-60 min. After placing the delivery it changed the delivery time to 60-80 min. At 7:20 we tried to call to inquire since the status on both the phone and computer showed the order stuck on "being made." No answer and on hold for 35 minutes before giving up. Tried to call the 800 number to file a complaint and get a refund since we haven't seen the food or heard from anyone. But the 800 number does not work for either of our cell phones. We don't have a landline. Order from somewhere else. Dominos is usually very good and Papa John's is hit or miss in this area. Wish Little Caesars was nearby.

The pizza was supposed to be pan pizza, it came in the big dinner box. This is the second time this location has messed up the crust to a pan pizza. We also ordered Buffalo boneless wings and they were not tossed in sauce. I called location and asked could they make it again and they said I had to bring it back to the store. After that John agreed to put a 20 dollar credit on our account for our next visit and there is nothing there. It seems as tho they try to rush in the food making process and things turn out subpar.
