If I could give them a negative 5 I would. I ordered with the app. When processing the payment it says the apple is not working YET my card was debited the full amount of my order. I called the store for assistance. Between the girl that initially answered the phone, who was no help, and the manager she claimed to had went to get, I received the worst customer experience ever!!!! When he got tired of my questions, the “manager” hung up in my face. I called back several times but was rerouted every time to the offline answering service. Finally, someone from the store answered and then supposedly they couldn’t find the store location number which I’m sure is written on ever corporate poster and receipt that gets printed. They knew I was calling to complain. Also the young lady had the nerve to say “this girl aggy” but I wasn’t on mute. Horrible experience and I will never order from there. God must have known I didn’t need to eat from a place like this

This is the worst experience I've had with a Pizza Hut ever. You can't reach the store ever. They have no interest in fixing their mistakes or making things right. Their customer service is lousy. How this place is in business is beyond me. All we wanted to do was get a refund for a double charge that was done. We were told deal with it and order again. The second time they wouldn't even answer their phone so we could cancel an online order because the order was placed to the wrong location. This may honestly be the last time we order from Pizza Hut. We cannot believe the experience we've had.

So I order a Medium Thin Pizza Super Supreme with Pineapples! I call and the girl on the phone says OK we will make it over! I said NO you can just give me the pineapples and I can put them up there. She said NO can you bring the pizza back up here because her manager SAID the pineapple was cook on there! Where? It’s sad when all I wanted was pineapple and whoever the girl was that answer the phone she was great!!! But that Manager need to go home and rest

This Pizza Hut is in serious need of a remodel. I never ordered anything from here because the mere sight of the inside was enough for me to change my mind The employees who were in the store looked very unkempt. I turned around and left. I didn't trust that they were practicing safe food handling in there. Just about every time I pass by, the parking lot is nearly empty. Now I understand why.
