Ordered a pizza for curbside pickup and the manager, Frederick refused to deliver the pizza to our car, stating they don’t do that if you didn’t prepay, which nothing on the tracker screen or website said anything about it. We had to go inside after waiting a while for our food to be delivered to our car to find this out. It would have been nice of Frederick to let us know, after seeing we had put into the app that we had arrived, that we needed to come inside to pay, instead of ignoring us. He was just overall miserable to deal with, but the rest of the staff was exceptionally pleasant. I feel bad for having to work for him.

Whoever is managing this store needs to be fired. PLEASE listen to the other reviews and stay away if you don’t want to completely waste your time. If you order food from this store, it will be 2 hours late. After waiting two hours and receiving no updates, I called in to ask when the food would be delivered or even when it would just be ready, and the response I got was “I don’t know”. That’s it, that was the response. Maybe go check the oven or check the delivery drivers status? This store is a joke.

This place needs help for drivers i ordered pizza for over 2 hours no one shows up.. i called many times no one answered the phone... i have to go myself and picked it up.. it was cold 🥶. I always order from dominos everywhere i go and this the first time this happened to me.. anyway i switch to carry out and got refunded....

Do not order from here. First, order is never ready on the timeframe provided in the tracker. Placed a carside pickup order and still had to wait over 20 minutes. Prep time per tracker took over 30 minutes. As can be seen in the photo, pizza appeared to be “torn” and burnt. Not worth the effort. They do not even have parking spots so have to park in a ‘No Parking’ zone to pickup the order.
