If you stay on the east side of Charlotte like the Midwood area and Shannon Park you can pick up. But the customer service there are great with friendly employees.

They only deliver to certain people in my neighborhood I guess. Everytime I try to order online they automatically switch to no delivery. I don't understand because I see the sign on top of car over here...I'm confused 🤔

I was very surprised 😯 I ordered 30 minutes right before closing , the pizza was amazing !! I got the extravaganza with extra cheese and extra sauce. The customer service was the best. Firm eye contact and soft skills from the worker.

I ordered food at 7:54 pm and it didn't get here until 10:05 pm. I called the store and they said they only have 1 delivery driver. Hey Dominos, you've been getting 1 star reviews here for almost 4 months now. Maybe yall should hire another driver. It might cut delivery time from 2 hours to 1 hour. According to the USDA, food that is left out at room temperature for 2 hours should be thrown away. Food was cold when it arrived. Thanks for the free pizza coupon, but seriously guys. Hire some more drivers...

They don't deliver at all. I've called the past two nights, this last time at 5pm and was told both time they are currently not delivering.
