I have scoliosis and I have serious neck stiffness, pain and headaches I was unable to turn my head. Because of this place I'm now able to move my head without pain I love this place they are very accommodating. I've never had a problem getting an appointment. The people at reception are very polite always very kind with a great attitude. The doctor that gives the injections she is so wonderful she's very caring I feel like she understands my pain. And they're very honest. I would recommend the wellness center to anyone who has chiropractic problems or muscle and joint pain.

Poorly managed clinic. Summary: I made a new client appointment and although they confirmed it by email and phone, they did not actually record it on their schedule.. Also, I could hear the entire message of another client leaving a voicemail while I was waiting. Not a confidential office space. Full experience: I signed up for an appointment with Dr. Gabriel online through their website a week before scheduling my appointment. I received a confirmation email as well as a phone call from Liz at their office. When I arrived for my appointment a half hour early today, no one was at the front desk. I hung out alone for 5-10 minutes when a person came in at one point. They said hi but didn't really acknowledge me or say anything more, but just went back into a hallway behind the waiting room, coming back to close the door a minute later. They did then come back and informed me that folks were on lunch but that they'd get me the new client paperwork so I could start on it. Filled the paperwork out, and when the person returned a bit later, went up to give them my insurance card only to find that they didn't have my appointment in the system and Dr. Gabriel wasn't even in the office, even though they did verify that they had a copy of the confirmation email they sent me in their system. As well, while I was waiting another client called and I could hear the entirety of their message. Doesn't seem HIPPA compliant or sensitive to client confidentiality in general. Although the front desk staff stated "this shouldn't have happened" and offered to reschedule or see a different Dr, I don't really want to go to a place that is so disorganized and that doesn't respect their client's confidentiality or time.
