This was our families second year and would be back next year except they rented our units out from under us the policy was you could reserve the units you were in and week you had it up till Saturday night went to reserve on Thursday and they said it was not available policy changed and they never informed us. The main draw back was the water features were not in until Friday afternoon giving the kids just a few hours to play on. under new owner ship would of been 5 star all the way with old owners

The cabin we stayed at was spacious and had nice amenities. The outdoor and public facilities were poor. Public restrooms were filthy and had an abundance of hair in the showers. The beach was full of weeds and the entertainment and swimming inflatables were never set up. The “grass” leading up to the beach was only weeds and hurt to walk on. I felt like they didn’t deliver what the brochure promised.

We have been going to Canary Beach for years. In the past the cabins, yard, beach has been well kept up. The family that owned/ran it were there available. This time we were disappointed- table was broke- kitchen floor was dirty/sticky, grass was heading out- way past the time to mow, no one was in office from 5pm to 9am. The lake slide and trampoline were no longer there, the family in the next cabin fixed the dock so their family could use it when renting the pontoon. Very sad!

4 ladies who have known each other since Kindergarten. We get together annually in the spring. This year we chose Canary Beach Resort. We had a wonderful time relaxing, talking and having a little bit too much to drink. The staff was accommodating and took great care of us. The cabin as super, super clean and comfortable. Nice gas fireplace for ambiance. We will absolutely return. Thank you Jean and family ❤️
