After explaining my situation they clearly hid behid there rules and the police force that supports them. Whem more documentation is required to either but the car or get it insured is predatory. I hope each of you that work there are at peace with your gods.

I know many tow companies get bad reviews out of frusteration, but believe me when i say this one is not one of them. This towing company is extremely predatory. I have lived at Arbor Crossing for years now and had so many issues with them and am not alone. They will do full sweeps of the visitor parking, tow every car, and then lie to you and say you were parked there for more than four days. You can have physical proof of them lying and they'll still make you pay $400+ to get your car back. If you live in anyplace that uses this company, please be warned that this is their behavior.

Talked to them on the phone. they told me they are open 24/7, just charge an after-hours fee. I told them alright, I'll be coming out tonight to get the car. Cut to taking the Max and an Uber to make it to the location. Call the number at the gate and they tell me they are closed tonight and I'll have to come back tomorrow. ....then had to walk 30 mins back to the Max stop with a 30lbs jack in my hands, and barely caught the last Max home. Tried taking care of this after work, and am greatly disappointed with their service/: communication. Guess I'm going to have to take time off of work and go all the way down there again!

Worst service ever! If there was another superlative, I would use that. The person who answered my call was extremely extremely rude and the most unprofessional. I was asked to wait for an hour to come pick up my car. If a car is towed, one shouldn’t have to wait for the towing company’s availability to collect their own vehicle. We called them at 310 AM and were asked to arrive at 415 AM but we arrived at 430 AM. Then they gave us an appointment at 540 AM and made us wait in a shady parking lot. No one arrived! When we tried reaching them again, they kept putting us on hold. 3 hours since the initial call, someone arrived, again being extremely rude, charged $50 more than what was initially quoted. They said they waited for 30 mins from the time of the original appointment (415 AM) which is not true as I was there by 430 AM and I have the call records to prove it. Wish I could give them 0 stars for their horribly pathetic service!!!!

Regardless of all that fact is you have the right to expect to pay too much money to get it back. And the term hooked doesn't mean off the ground. Make sure that your vehicle doesn't have the safety chain hooked on and they have to release it without any fines

It doesn't matter what they think about them. Bad drivers will forever be upset about the consequences of their actions and at tow companies doing their jobs.
