Eric was the tow truck driver. He was professional, quick and easy to talk to. I heard about them from Auto Zone. When the car was dropped off my mechanic (Danny's Automotive) said he'd worked with them for years, they were always good. Their price was more reasonable than most. They were slammed with business though. Don't blame the dispatcher if the time takes twice as long as expected. Do ask them to have the driver call you when they are on their way with an ETA.

Mu insurance secured Northwestern Towing to tow my vehicle. When I received the confirmation from my insurance, I called Northwestern to confirm eta. The dispatcher said an hour. After almost 2 hours Northwestern still had not arrived. I called Northwestern again and the dispatcher then lied and said "Joe" from my insurance company called and canceled the service. I then called insurance and said that the order was not canceled by them. The agent then called Northwestern himself and the dispatcher told him that they canceled the order due to lack of drivers. Not only does this company not fulfill their obligations, but they're dishonest and lie about who actually canceled the service. I asked my insurance to remove them from their list of providers.

I had a mechanical failure of my brake system on the way home from snowboarding at Mt. Hood. I was assigned a driver, Courtney from Northwestern Towing & Recovery by my insurance provider. Courtney got their quickly, was very courteous, funny and professional. I would definitely use this company again in the future. Thanks for getting us home safe.

Highly recommend Northwest Towing. My tow truck driver Jake was kind, professional and very helpful! He was able to assess the situation with ease and make some stressful moments into relief. Incredible customer service with a level of compassion and professionalism I have rarely experienced with road side assistance services.
