DHL Global Forwarding

This is not a real “DHL Express”,. my vender shipped 2 KG parcel from Bosnia due to COVID-19.She can' choose other carrier, so she used the DHL Global forwarding to ship the parcel. The vendor charged me 555 euro dollars for shipping. The whole process dealing with DHL Global forwarding was a nightmare. They sent me emails through 5 different persons from different departments then I replied them in the morning 10:30 am. The email responded spontaneously showed the CSR were day off at 2:30PM. They didn’t assign another CSR to be in charge of reading my reply email. They tried to respond your email slowly on purpose to delay your parcel custom clearing process so that they can charge you extra storage fee. They also have lots of hiding fee in additional to real shipping fee, The real DHL Express didn’t charge you hiding fee. When you received their invoice you will be in shock. And they asked you to wire transfer, and you can not use credit card. That costs another 30 dollars for the wire transfer. Be careful!!!!

You send me a text saying you will be delivering a package BUT you DO NOT IDENTIFY what the item is!!! If I am being sent items I didn’t order, you make it impossible to find out WHO is sending to me!😡😡😡
